integra catback system, does it really matter?
having straight pipe with a resonator, will it matter if u get the piping made at the muffler shops and get ur own muffler and resonator, or does those catback systems really help in performance. i know the noise will be diff, but does it improve performance?

I'm going to wait untill somone who knows the answer to reply,
But IMO I'm just taking it to the shop, 2.5 mandrel bent from the cat back and I'll save the 400 and spend that on something else,
But this is IMO,
I would also want to know.

other than build quality and appearance? not really....
btw, an exhaust wont make much of a difference on a basically stock motor anyway

Non standard exhaust systems on an otherwise standard engine generally do very little - a few percent extra bhp at most.
expect a EXHAUST SYSTEM to give 0% TO 5% in power gain AT most, with a well done up system.

So there wouldn't be a big significance between RSR Ex-Mag and Custom muffler catback?

i've had 2 custom exhausts made. and i've seen people with brand name cat backs. i think the most important factor is sound. the brand name ones sound deep and nice. the custom ones sometimes too loud or sound shitty. this time i think im ognna go with rar world sport a stock looking exhaust that sounds quiet

Re: (FULLY_BUILT_NA)
ic.. no point in wasting money to get a good exhaust if u dont really care about sound , just performance if u stock motor
