Intake and Exhaust
I just bought a 96 Integra in really good condition. The good and bad thing is that it is all stock. What would be the best intake and exhaust set up for me to go with?
Wow... you can't be more vague than that can you? The intake and exhaust you get is not just going to be determined by what is a "good one". Each intake and each exhaust has different power outputs and is built for a different powerband. You need to decide what your goals are before you can make this decision.
Decide:
#1. What are your goals for the powerband
#2. How much money you are willing to spend
#3. If you care about performance or about the sound quality of the exhaust
There are many different kinds of intakes: Icebox, Short Ram, Cold Air... the list goes on and on.
Short Ram = Good High Range Power
Cold Air Intake = Good Low/Mid Range Power
If you don't know what you want then do some research.. just don't ask to be spoonfed.

Give up some more info if you would like an answer. BUT please search around. this topic is covered like 3 times a day. I am sure if you searched you wouldn't even need to make the thread.

Don't give wrong information, that is a vast generalization that probably isn't very true. I am assuming you are talking about RPM range, and most people complain that they lose low end torque by going to a CAI, so maybe you meant to type the opposite.

I personally think that its the other way around
short ram= low end
CAI= high end
