Default Installing a VAFC?

Does anyone have the instructions on how to install a Apexi Vafc? I bought a used one and it did not come with the instructions and i was wondering if anyone had a spare book i could borrow or buy or a print out, thanx!!! any help would be greatly apprieciated.

any1 with a GSR stock cams and dyno tuned what is ur v-tec cross over hight and low set at?

vtec low to high->4400
vtec high to low->4300

low to high- would be the rpm at which vtec engages-- from low cam to high cam.
high to low- would be the rpm at which vtec dis-engages-- from high to low cam
