installing testpipe

Default installing testpipe
im trying to install my testpipe and i cant seem to tighten the top bolt. Anybody know of a certain tool to make it easier. Or ways u guys have done this.

what i did was intall the testpipe on to the exhaust first, pulled down the the exhaust to get to the top bolt, then i connected the testpipe to the dp the header
