installing header help!!!

installing header help!!!
did search but i am not satisfied. so here is the question. i am planning to install
comptech header, and need someone to tell me exactly what i need to do.
from the start to the end cuz i am kinda new to doing it myself. on top of that, i have three stupid questions. 1)do i need to change the header gasket?
2)what do people mean when they say i need to remove my finger print? i heard rubbing alcohol is ok. 3) do i remove o2 sensor first or not?
please some nice HT fellow help me out.

and you CAN reuse the old gasket if its not in too bad of shape...
new is good tho!
just try to wipe off all finger oil with a rag!!
