installing a boost guage?

Default installing a boost guage?

is a simple question where do i attach the vaccum line to for a boost guage. my car is a 1994 integra ls. the car is turbo but i dont have a boost guage and i need one so were do i get the vaccum from thnks

all u gotta do is run the line threw the firewall and t into fpr line. then boost

You have a turboed car but don't know what the FPR looks like? Wow.



The red thing next to the gauge is the FPR. Yours will be tan colored if it is stock.

naw thats not the problem, my problem is that theres no line attached to the fpr, the blowoff valve and wastegate are gettin vaccum on the intake manifold were the fpr line should go

i dont know, ill take a closer look tomm but i know that there no line for vaccum attached to the fpr

theres a vac line coming off the tip of the fpr the stock one has a curved tip and it faces the driver side. Take a picture of the area so we can help you better.

ok i cant get any pic because i have no camera but i just took a look at it and theres no line at all attached to the fpr except for the one at the bottom wich is the fuel line, now on the intake manifoil were the vaccum for the fpr should be theres a line with a T to the blowoff valve and wastegate. what do u guys think should i make another T and hook the fpr up?

that vacuum line should be going to the FPR, then you T it off from there to the boost guage, thats exactly how mines hooked up.

yeah i know that already am asking if i should hook a line up to the fpr or just leave it like that?

With the line unhooked the pressure is going up more, and you'll have a higher idle.
