Inspection

I need to know the cheapest place to get an O2 sensor or if anyone has a place to get a Jersey inspection. It failed for P0135, which I believe is the primary O2. Thanks

I forgot to mention.....I'm getting a chipped P28 this weekend....will that make a difference in inspection?
