Default Help with hooking a UEGO to a p28

Running a p28 conversion on my obdII car. Right now i am having problems with my heated primary o2 sensor. I also have this AEM UEGO with display layhing here and i was considering replacing the stock primary o2 with the UEGO.

I believe i would have to set the gauge to nermst 0-1v output, since this is the stock o2 sensor output. Wideband is 0-5v, If i am running to the p28 with the 0-1 v, will it still be capable of outputting the wideband readings to the gauge? Or would i basically be running a reg old fashion narrow band gauge?

im not sure about the display, but i know that if you disable the o2 and o2 heater you can input 0-5v from the wideband into D-14, you would be able to datalog wideband output.

Whoa, Im a little lost. Let me get a few things straight. IF i make a chip that disables the 02 and o2 sensor heater(it will be open loop then)

Now what do i do? How do i input to D-14? how do i log then?
