I was wondering, how hard is it to replace the ignition assembly for a 95 GSR? My car was recently stolen, but was retrieved. I took a look at it and saw some spliced wires on the bottom of the dash and the ignition itself is shot. The key will turn but with no resistance. I've been told by someone that it can't be fixed if its shorted, that everything would have to be rewired. Is this true? Thanks in advance for any info. I just want to be able to get my car up and running again.
