I was driving normally and stopped at a redlight. I put the car in first gear and press the gas and the car dies on me. i am rolling a little so i roll to the side and try to restart it. It turns over but doesnt start up. It seems that it is violently vibrating as I am trying to start it and if I try to give it a little gas to get it started it vibrates more heavily. All my lights work, my radio and sub work.

From searching through the forums I have pretty much narrowed it down to Ignition Control Module or Ignition Coil. My question is which part is most likely to cause the failure and how could I test it?
