Default Idling problem

So I just put on new brake pads and flushed by brake fluid with DOT 4 fluid. Now, if I keep pumping my brakes my idle will jump up to 1300rpm and then drop down to 700-800rpm. What can be the problem? I also noticed that when I was pumping the brakes there's an clicking sound whenever I step on the pedal.

Sounds like a vacuum leak in the brake booster. Did you do anything to the booster while you were bleeding?
