OK, I have a 93 DA. I am haveing idle problems as if I have some type of vacuum leak. I have done all the checks(FIT valve, IAC, all hoses)still no luck. It fluctuates from about 800-1500rpm. Funny thing is I tried to mess with the S wires.
I pulled out 1-4. 2 and 3 are find pulled them out and engine did the normal reaction but when I pulled out 1 engine had no reaction. when I did the same to 4 engine had no reaction but the idle problem stopped! go figure!!! Idle was kinda high at 1500 but no fluctuation. weird. N-E one out ther have N-E suggestions??????

My car Idles at 1k is that normal?

 

place hand over throttle body to see if your car turns off.
if it does then no vacum leak if it doesnt you have a manifold leak
also check your plugs and dist cap and rotor

 

You may want to check either your MAP sensor or your TPS. Best bet would be to check and see what codes its throwing that way you'll know for sure.
