most likely a dirty Idle Air Control Valve

https://honda-tech.com/forums/acura-integra-6/%2A%2A%2Ahow-clean%2A%2A%2A-your-iacv-k-idle-air-control-valve-1575913/

BUT if that doesn't fix it, maybe it's a dirty Fast Idle Thermo Valve if you have a 94-95 GSR or an Automatic motor.

so you might wanna reset your ecu now that it's clean. Maybe that will help. the only other thing i can think of is check plugs wires dizzy anything easy that you can rule out.

How old is your car? From personal experience, its a TPS, unfortunately aftermarket ones are total crap, so just go get a throttle body with a fixed TPS. The IACV cleaning is good, now just a timing adjustment, a fuel filter and youre set!
