Before you replace anything try cleaning them first. You can use break cleaner on a iacv and i think the tps too. Maybe you should give that a try before spending money.

My car has the same problem, does your coolant meter gets really cold when you high rev the car? Mines does that all the time when I drive it.
I also cleaned my IACV, but still doesn't work. Possibly needs to be changed?

I would suggest to check for vacuum leaks before anything.

The next thing I would check is idle screw and make sure that nothing is touching your throttle spring. After that, check and maybe replace your throttle body gasket and intake manifold gasket.

The first thing you should check is the voltage on your TPS.

.4 closed and 4.5 WOT.

Which TPS did you use? I purchased an OMNI Power and it did not work. I have to send it in for warranty.

Replaced with a used (known to be working) TPS and NO PROBLEM

i used one from a single cam vtec manifold. my friend had given it to me and he has a 230whp b20vtec in his teg so i figured it would be right. it still does the same thing it did before i changed it but made it worse to with the jerking when i let off the gas. but it doesnt throw TPS code now...

and for the voltage. i have an ohm meter from UTI so i can use that but where do i check it? unplug it and check it that way?? or what

not supposed to happen. your problem is with the Intake Manifold/throttle body. Probably both mismatched
