Default idle problem

i got a idle problem for my 94 LS with b20b block and gsr head.

i was told that it might be the distributor that is creating the idle problem, but what else could it be?

if it was the distributor, does it matter if i get a obd1,2 distributor?

how do i tell which odb my head is from?

The OBD of the distributor should agree with your ECU. Check your IACV (Idle air control valve). They accumulate oil from the PCV and stick.
