Idle jumping?

Idle jumping?

my idle jumps from 750-2200RPM while its in park or nutral (i have an Automatic transmission)

What could possibly fix this?

(1990 integra rs AT all stock)

check for vacuum leak first off then check icv. does it happen all the time?

only when i turn on the car but it does it only sometimes
