to say it bluntly integras running bad, im due for oil change belive my wires and plugs need to be changes, the recent problem it feels like its sputtering, the idle rpms droped and my valves are ticking louder, any sugestions or answers

 

change your oil, filter, plugs, wires, + all of the basic stuff.

sputtering + ticking noise could be injectors.

 

any other opinions?

 

possibly a valve adjustment is in need? all the basics are a must as well.
