I have a 99 turbocharged integra with 3b hondata and ever since i put that on when i start the car it revs up and down the rpm's between 3000 and 1500. any answers?

 

i'd go to a tuning place and get your hondata tuned correctly. That could be the big reason why...or it can be a number of things..vacuum leaks, wrong sensor plugged into a wrong plug, etc. Also your title should spell idling...lol, not ideal-ing
