iacv problems
well i guessing i my idle air control valve is broken because when i start my car it sometimes dies or idles really high when started around 1800-2100 till the engine warms up then goes to normal, or it could be a vacuum leak. I have an obd1 computer p75 manual ecu with a jumper harness to obd2 engine harness with a od1 dizzy with a jumper from obd2 engine to obd1 dizzy, but im still using a obd2 3 wire iacv. this might be the problem itself or would my ecu jumper cable take care of this. Im looking to replace it anyways and wtih this hybrid setup i was thinkin of using an obd1 iacv from a civc and cutting my obd2 engine harness and attaching an obd1 iacv harness matching color with color and exclude the third useless wire. Would this be a good solution or should i stick with and obd2 iacv, and what iacv are interchangeable between Hondas. or should i use that civic one or stick with an integra iacv.
