Hey... I just started my car up after an engine swap.. I'm using an OBD 1 B18A1. It's starts up but my idle is way too high... The CEL comes on and flashes a code 14, which is the IAC, I believe.. well, I'm wondering what I should do... Please help..

is it wired right? try cleaning the sensor with carb cleaner, I threw a CEL 14, and searched here and most of the time it was a dirty sensor. But since you had a engine swap, the wiring might be wrong.
