i ran my car at sonoma yesterday and on my third run i think i bent a valve but i remember when i was in third gear i was reving up to 7 and usual i rev up to 8.5 but i just didnt let me for that moment and i couldnt go any higher but after like a few second after that happen my car shut off and when i try to turn it on u can here like ticking or like sumthing in the block rattlings so yeah can any body help me out and what do u think its wrong with it umm i didnt remove my head yet cuz its still at sonoma haha but yeah my motor is a stock ls vtec

 

You probably have bad rod bearings.

result of taking a stock ls bottom end to 8.5k without some sort of reinforcement...
