I recently had a skunk2 intake manifold and a big bore throttle body (70mm) installed. Now, when I drive and I'm coming to a stop and place my car in neutral, my car will idle anywhere from 1500-2100 rpms. Then, it got really bad and started to go from 2000 rpms to 1100 rpms and kept fluctuating. I had a shop take a look at it and had my Idle Control Valve replaced. Now, when I start up my car, it idles around 450 rpms or less.... almost to the point where it's gonna stall. Also, when I drive, come to stop and put my car in neutral, the car still idles around 1100 rpms. It seems like I've lost a lot of low end torque on my 96 GSR. Any advice would be helpful

 

you could have gotten a faulty iacv, why don't you swap it back and see if the problems goes back

if it doesn't work then try to adust the idle speed
