How to remove and replace taillights?

Default How to remove and replace taillights?

I accidentaly bashed in one of my taillights, but luckily a friend has an extra set. I need to know, how do i get the stock ones out and the new ones in?

I honestly dont know but I would guess you just simply remove the black inner plastic for the car and then take all the bulbs out and there should be some screws or botls holding them in and then presto chango you are done!

exactly what gsr camel said...there are 6 bolts to the tail light...

Unscrew the back plastic panel in the middle. There should be like 6 screws on top and 3 in the inner side of the car. Once you take that out you can see your tail lights and just unscrew the 8? nuts holding the tail lights on to the body. Dont forget to unplug the wire harness for the bulbs. Should take you 30 minutes to swap out some tail lights.
