Default How Does Coolant Flow?

Hey Guys, my car is leaking coolant on the passenger side. It's coming from the heater core but i need more information to identify the problem as to why. Can anybody tell me how the coolant flows through the motor. It'd be a great help. Thnxz.

just replace the hose that is leaking. Be extra careful when replacing those small heater core hoses because you can easily damage the heater core itself. Buy the correct hose from HONDA, not Advance, AutoZone, etc.

You can bypass the hoses going to the heater core if you need a temporary solution. I had to do that when I damaged my heater core pipes. Only bad thing was that I had no temperature control whatsoever of the A/C, which really sucked during a vacation in Florida while driving at night. Air was so humid that the A/C drip pan under the dash filled up and started spilling over, and we were freezing inside the car lol.

Be aware that the dash has to come out, and the A/C has to be discharged and recharged in order to replace the heater core.
