How do you properly launch an automatic?!?
Please HELP!!!!!! How do i properly launhc my auomatic off the line without doin alot of damage to my engine. Or if there is no way to do it without causing damage... How do i do it causing damage? If this mkaes any sense HELP!!

put foot on right pedal... (gas).. light goes green.. put said foot to floor on top of the "gas" pedal... hold there until finished..

That's what we do here, Nick. 
Do try brake torquing; I have seen it improve many launches. Even in a 4 cylinder Camry and a beat Ram 2500.
DO NOT do neutral Drops or your tranny will fall out (in a manner of speaking).
And FWIW, the harder you run your car the more you will wear it down, and it will be more likely to break. Choose your hard launches wisely, grasshopper.
