how come

hey guys how come i cant reply in some forums i wanted to reply in the cassifieds but it say i dont have permission wtf?? is it cause im new and when will i b able 2 post?? or how do i change this please help

you have to wait until u become a full member it takes a couple weeks everyone had to go through it so just wait it out
