Default High flow Cat?

Guys,
I am looking into a JDM style header and I would need a 2.5" high flow cat. What does everyone normally do? A couple of people have them for around 200 bucks, but I am poor and looking for other alternatives. How long does it need to be to fit a GSR? Thanks!

Mike at IPS has carsound cats for 175
If youre buying the header too youre better off buying everything at the same time including new gaskets. Import specialists had a deal 600 shipped for everything a while back.

I don't know if any that are cheaper...You might just wanna go with a test pipe..doesn't meet exhaust regulations, but as long as you don't live in Cali it shouldn't matter...the test pipes flow better, the only reason I didn't get one is because of the environment.

Carsound cats are one of the best out there in terms of flow and quality.
