Icon2 high compression b20 in dc, engine problem

need help, have a b20z block with wiseco high compression pistons for 13.1 comp with b16 head and eagle rods. im using an b18b head on this. engine starts, but it idles at 1300 rpms, engine light flickers and makes engine rev up, and it smokes. also have valve lash. tried to adjust valve clearance sounds a little better.

Which one is it? The B16 head, or the B18 head?
