Default HELP! Wiring gone wrong!

Ok so yesterday I hooked my one pieces in.

The first one(drivers side) I installedI matched the color code(green and black) and it worked well. I checked it and all the lights turned on. Now the second one is what is giving me problems. Not thinking I snipped the the green and black wire. Ilook at my JDM lightbulb harness and its red and black. So I make a doh noise tape that up and clip the other ones. Soldered that up quick. So After I installed the second one(passenger side) I checked it again. The alaarm turns on . I go through this about 5 times( unplugging the ground from the battry everytime).

Then it hits me oh snap I dont think I wrapped the driver light right and the 2 wires connected to the bulb were touching. Turns out I was right. but in that whole process I managed to blow the fuse and lightbulb. My friend told me to go to kragen. I told him that these were JDM lights so I dont think they would work. I pulled the lightbulb itself and it actualy fit so I put that in there and it turns on and the alarm is off. YES! Everything is solved right? WRONG, WRONG.

I hit the hazards and they dont turn on. Nothing. Not even a click. or anything. It was getting late so I decided to look at the fuse. Its blown. I figured the same thing that blew that lightbulb blew the fuse. No biggie. I go up to kragen today, get some fuses, plug it up turn on the hazards, ZAP, blew it. I recheck the wires on the passneger side(where all the problems occured) retape everything. And still it blows. But now it taunts me in the car you can hear the noise like its working but the lights dont work and in 5 seconds it blows. No turn signals no hazards back or front. not even the bottom? I was told it might be a relay or somthing but to tell you the truth I have no clue wtf to start with so if anyone has any suggestions please.HELP

PS. When I was re wiring the lights it seems as if there are 2 harnesses for the usdm corner. But one for the JDM? So I just color matched it and I THOUGHT I did it right becuase the driver lights turn on and everything else works perfecr. SO I donno
