how much are you wanting to spend? you can always upgrade the valve train, i.e. cams, cam gears valves springs etc, header hi flow cat, lots of stuff you can do to add power, its all in how much you want to spend

Cheap performance without touching internals, is a good cold air intake my bet would be AEM V2 system. A goos header 4-2-1 Type-R or Hy-Tech, and a full cat back exhaust apexi, or something with 2.5" piping and a decent muffler.

Those mods there have been proven to produce healthy power gains for the guy on the budget.

All depends on what you are looking at getting. If I were you, I would get mods that you need to go bigger in the future. (at least 2.5" piping for possible fi...)
