my car is smoking blue smoke(Oil)she smokes only when she is cold,and around 5k and up in the rpms..thats the only time she will smoke,the motor has 190k on it but if figure the bottom end would still be good,anyone help me out? My guess was valve quides.

sounds like valve seals. with that kind of mileage you might be better off by either replaceing motor or rebuilding, cause as soon as you get the valve seals replaced, the bottom end will soon follow.
