Run a carfax on your car and see when was the last reported Emissions test / milage reported on your vehical.

Write that number down.

Swap your cluster in.

One week before you go to get emissions, pop in the old cluster and drive around to put miles on it.

Go get your emissions test.
Pass.

Swap out the clusters again.

Good to go.

Every year, your milage will be reported when you get your emissions test. It'll look like you hardly drive your car. LOL
