Default help! running over-lean

i had a cel and had it dignosed by a snapon scanner. came up with car running overlean the mechanic said it could be something wrong with the fuel system such as the fuel pump or FPR. my car starts up fine but the idle was rough and stays low at 500 rpm. acceleration sucks!!!! it also misfires. i have new cap and rotor, plugs, and fuel filter. plus a valve adjustment. any insight??

How's your fuel pressure, have you checked it? I wouldn't drive it much while it's so lean, as it could blow a few expensive parts in the motor.

Ditto the above^^^, stop running the engine untill problem solved, running rich will get you crappy milage, running lean can get ugly.

As mentioned, check fuel pressure, also check 02 sensor. 94

vacuum leak(s) can result in a lean code as well
try removing the intake boot and covering the throttle opening. if it runs, there is a leak
