Default Help reading ECU codes...!

Code 80 - Exhaust Gas Recirculation insufficient flow detected

What does that mean guy? Any information on how to located it or fix it? Thanks you very much..

But my car only have around 45 thousand miles on it. Beside how could it be clog up?
