NEED HELP ecu probs
Why would the ECU show a ELD error when no ELD is there !?! code 20
it is a D16Z6 95 HB honda dealer cant remove it !? somthing that it things that there is 2 much power..... but the car do not have a ELD unit !?!?
plz. help !!

Bone,
I know US cars have an ELD. I would assume Canadian cars have an ELD to, eh?
But, I know JDM cars do not have an ELD.
Zeus is from Denmark. Do cars from Denmark have an ELD...I don't know. But, if the ECU is, in fact, throwing a code 20 I would assume it has an ELD.
Zeus, make sure it is a code 20 the ECU is throwing. Is this the original ECU that came with the car?

Well, in the last step of trouble shooting the ELD in the Honda manual
"Substitude a known-good ECM and recheck. If symtoms/indication goes away, replace the original ECM"

no that ECU is from US. but we have looked for the ELD and it does not have it !!
the ECU was bought in US with chip from godspeed i think it was !!!?
anyways !! since the car does/should not have ELD and the ECU knows of ELD ?!!?
maybe thats where things get messed up !?!?!
ELD should be located in engine bay fuse boks !?! right ??

but the car runs really well !!! doin 138 HP (not WHP) with only supersprint header and cat back and AEM !!!
but it just pissin me off that code !!!!! plz help !!! THX
PS: mista bone !! i have tryed 2 PM you !!!.. i would like 2 discus D16 setup !!! i have som iders !!
