today morning i started my car then the check engine light came and the car wouldnt rev up higher than 3000 rpm every gear only hits 3k rpm anything over that the car starts to jerk..... it smells like something also...no smoke though....pls help

Pull the CEL codes. There is an instruction link in the Integra FAQ thread.

 

Your car is in safe mode, there is a number of things that can cause this and without more details, we cant help you. Pull the code
