Check this out.. i have never ran into a problem wit any swap or building anything in my life untill just recently... my buddy bought a 01 Integra GSR completely stripped even down to the chassie harness.....

Well he ended up buying a wrecked 98 Integra Gsr for all the wiring and motor and all parts... the car was only hit in the back so we drove it and ran perfect...

Sooo we stripped down the 98gsr and basically a 01 gsr integra has 98 chassie harness, dash, central harness and 98 motor which we put into the car and now it wont go past 5,000rpm.. its like it hits rev limiter... soo i thought it might of been the ECU so i tryed like 10 of them and does the same when the ECUs that i have are good. soo basically what we have done here is an 01integra GSR chassie and all 98 Wiring, dash, motor, all parts..

 

thanks dude but do really think it might be thoe..i mean i will try it but its like we pulled the motor out of a perfectly running car and didnt do any thing to it all we did was disconnect the wiring from the fire wall and that was it.. i mean even if we did take the engine harness off i know how to plug everything back together by heart..... but thanks i will try what u said thoe...

 

what part of vancouver u from im from portland Oregon my buddy will is from vancouver too.. he got the yellow CRX that runs 10's and really hopefully hittin 9's this year

 

one more thing no check engine lights at alll

 

just recheck all of your connections/sensors/grounds.
