Default help overheating problems on 94 LS

I got about 180K miles on stock Ls motor, car starts overheating on freeway going 60+ mph. I recently blew a heater hose while blasting heater inside car to reduce engine temp. Since then I replaced: thermostat, head gasket, timing belt, water pump, flushed out cooling system, fan works. Now heater inside doesn't get hot and still overheats.. HELP any suggestions is appreciated..

Yeah another thing is that hot air will be bubbling out the coolant reserve tank. Which leads me to think that it is overheating.

Would it be you have air trapped in your cooling system? Re-flush?

I would assume that the trapped air would work itself out by now.. I've checked and added numerous times and driven about 100 miles.

you are probably refering to the fan switch. The sensor that is located on the thermostat covering. I think that the sensor reads a certain temperature and turns on the fan but not sure anyone knows more??? keep in mind that fan does work.

Same thing happened to me after I changed my timing belt and water pump. Only I noticed the problem before I got on a major road. It was just air still in the system. I was new to Honda's at the time and didn't know about the little bleeder thing near the thermostat goose neck. One quick turn of that and the air was gone. No problems since.
