Icon3 HELP, Ls Vtec Problem

Alright, So I have a 91 Integra with A Ls Vtec swap. I have had it in my car for roughly 3-4 weeks, And it has been running great, It was burning a little oil, But other than that its good. So here's the story: I was pulling out of my neighborhood today and got on the road into 5th gear and it jerked and then the car shut off.. I didn't try to pop the clutch, I just pulled over to the side of the road to check things out.. No oil leaking from anywhere, I didn't have any tools to check and see if the timing slipped. The car will crank over but will not start up.. I am just trying to get some possibilities of what it could be, Maybe from some guys that have done ls/v swaps before?? I can't really explain what it did, It was just a sudden jerk. Didn't hear any metal hitting or anything like that, And it has no metal in the oil.. I am done with my break-In process.. Running Castrol gtx..

If anyone could help me out and maybe give a little advice on what it might be or some tips to do I would greatly appreciate it.. Please keep all negative comments out of the thread.. Thanks in advance everyone!

Motor is:
B18a1 block
B16a2 head
81.5mm bore
Arp headstuds
Arp rodbolts
B16 pistons
Shotpeened ls rods
Miced and polished ls crank
Acl main and rod bearings
Golden Eagle LsV kit
Stock tranny
Fidanza 7.5lb flywheel
2800lb pressure plate
4 puck clutch from KY clutch

This is my first LsV build but I am familiar with honda motors and swaps.. Just seeing if any of you guys could shoot me in the right direction possibly.. Thanks again for reading.

Do you have spark? Dizzy's are fairly common for suddenly taking a crap, mine did. Check the basics and let us know, fuel spark, compression. Good luck.

Fuel pump?
Maybe a PGM-FI Main Relay problem, can you hear the fuel pump prime when ign is turned on?
Do you have 12V at the injectors, [when ign. switch is on]?

As mentioned, do you have spark, ICMs will crap out suddenly, or possible connection problems in the distributor to ICM and/or coil. 94

My bad, I havnt had my computer, So I've been messing with it and I cranked it over to hear what I was NOT planning to hear with a freshly built motor... It sounds like something is bouncing around inside one of the cylinders or something? I pulled the pan and girdle off and looked up into the engine hoping to see the issue.. I found a chunk of metal (It was maybe an 8th of an inch big, Other than that there was no other shavings in the pan or anything.. So I tried shoving an extension with a rubber cap up to push on the pistons thinking maybe one of the pistons had popped off the rods? And they didn't feel loose or show any slack as if they were.. So my only guess now is the piston hit the valves? ANY input is appreciated, Thanks alot.
