hey guys, i got a jdm ls integra motor for my car, went to start it and oil was shooting out a hole on the intake side. looking at the old motor a little allen key stud goes in the hole to plug it. was going to take that one but stripped it. does anyone know where i can find another one?

 

the dealer just maybe they would sell it. if not hit up the local pick a part.

 

It's a 1/8" BSPT plug. I usually buy them from my engine builder.

 

If memory serves me right...there are several plugs on oem honda heads that will work. Just poke around. I believe they are brass so be careful when working with them.

 

hey i went to a near by hot-rod place and they told me it should be 1/8" NPT. Is this because they work on american cars or is this true?

 

Its BSPT(British Standard Pipe Thread) not NPT(National Pipe Taper)
