im going to be driving my ls daily, but i want to get :cams,rods,pistons, ect......... and all of that good stuff, i was looking at skunk 2 because some of my friends have told me there good, i just want something that would be good for a daily driver, thx

 

if ur thinking of skunk2 cams...they dont make non vtec cams as far as im aware.

 

yeah the only skunk product that will work on a ls is there cam gears...

 

If your going to spend that much money why not go turbo and make real power? Just curious.........

 

he's got a good point, just do pistons, rods, and maybe sleeve it and then boost it.

 

skunk2 only makes head products for vtec cars... go with crower if you want head work

skunk 2 is crap anyway its so over rated lol
i would just go for a turbo kit and still build your motor
unless u r planning to do all motor for some reason

jg also makes non vtec cams..

 

Just make sure that you build the bottom end strong if your going turbo, so it'll handle the extra pressure.
