Help! leaking oil from headers
One of my B18c's is leaking oil from the headers. I'm not sure on how severe this is. Could it be leaking due to a bad head gasket? Does this mean that oil is in my cylinders? Any advice appreciated.
That's why it's a mystery for me. It's coming out of the header. There's not a lot of it, but it seeps out and everyday the oil stain grows larger, and it seems to be coming from the top of the header where it meets the block. There is some smoke when I drive it for a more than 45 minutes.
Step 1:Take the extra header out if you have headers
Step 2: Steam clean the motor to insure all dirt, grime and oil are cleaned
Step 3: Check for new leakage and examine the possibilities.
