Help integra windowssssss

HEy i have a 94 integra 4 door. just recently when i roll my back windows down or up i hear a lil sound that makes the window screech. I notice they are leaving scratches on the window PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Well first thing id pull the door panels off and monitor the windows as you roll em up/down, an see if you c anything goin on

then stop rolling your windows up and down and put the window lock on so hoes in the back don't do it either

I would take the door panels off and inspect. Why would you keep rolling them down
