i don't really remember but is there a certain amount of torque i need to apply to the screws for a 00 GSR? im about to install my headers. Thanks

what i mean is do i tighten all the bolts as tight as they will go?

 

if you dont have a tq wrench...tighten as far as you can go then try to tighten with all your mighty strength..lmao..3 more times....i didnt have a tq wrench and i made my own version up...how many times my wrist clicked...i do believe its 35 ft/lbs i fyou have a wrench tho

Teamintegra.net's header install article says to torque the header to 23lb/ft. starting from the center out.

how many headers are you installing on your Teg? one or two? cuz you should only be installing one, sorry for the smart *** remark, but we have a header on our cars...
