ok so i start driving my teg down the block and then it like just loses power instantly!!! anyone know the cause of this??? some one help please! the car just like dies, and the rpm meter is like always just under 1000rpm, and i know this is not a stall, and it doesnt like shake, it just turns off...HELP PLZ!

 

Did you check your battery cables? Look for lose plugs also.

 

everything is on tight...no lose plugs or anything

 

Does your headlights and optional power items inside the car still work after dying out? When was your last oil change? Make sure your spark plugs are gapped to specs.

 

alternator okay?

also the alternator beld? everything okay with all belts?

just power is gone? and like jaydeemmmm wrote every other power user is okay? or not working?

sounds like alternator is wrekked. has this once in my old car. belt was wrekked. then suddenly the power lowers and the headlight flickers.... and moved down to no light and so.... this had been very ugly. during night on the autobahn. had to park the car,...
