Icon3 help!!!!!!!!!!!! DA bogging

i have a 1990 acura integra ls with a b16a swap. one day I was checking stuff in my car when my cusin caim and disconnected the spark plug cable from the distributor #4 spark plug cable. idk y he did that. i guess he got shocked really bad thats wat he gets. i put the spark plug cable on again and turned my car on. when i was backing out my car started bogging then turned off, i would turned the key and it would crank but nothing. so i parked it again(pushing it) i when to my friends house and on a stop it started boging again and turned off like i would pump the gas and nothing it wouldnt go over 2000rpm it turned off the i turned it back off. before getiing to my friends it started boging again and turned off and thats where it didnt wanna turn on anymore so i had to push it. i replaced the fuel filter cuz it sounded like it wasnt getting any gas. and that didnt do the trick. i checked the spark plugs and the second one from the left was burned so i replaced it. that didnt work. people tell me it could be my coils or my distributos idk hopefully u guys could help me asap thanks

Check for spark. Remove a spark plug from the cylinder head, then reinsert it into the end of the spark plug wire. Hold the ground electrode against a bit of bare metal in the engine bay (a valve cover nut will work) and look for fat blue sparks while someone else cranks the engine. Don't get zapped; it will hurt. If the spark is weak and yellow/orange, check for worn ignition components (distributor cap and rotor, plugs, wires). If the spark is non-existant, you probably have a bad ignition coil or ignitor (a.k.a. ignition control module).

well, seeing as how this occurred immediately after your cousin pulled one of the wires, and you found 1 possibly fouled plug, i'd say the plug wire probably wasn't pushed in enough when it was put back. did it click in? i mean, would be the most logical bet.
