HELP..compressor problem..

My AC is not working....i mean it spinsfreely but when i turn it on..it doesn't spin..any reason why???

It ran out of refrigerant.. Just buy a bottle along with the cable for adding it in. That should help..

you prob getting me wrong...the middle of where the belt goes on the comprressor..that does not spin when i turn on the ac..it does seem to be suckin power..but still not working...

if the A/C system is low on refrigerant the compressor will not come on.you need to have it recharged and have some 134 A/C dye put in as well so they can locate the leak later on.
