What are you talking about? Unless the turbo is spooled up all the time in a auto than there will be lag and you WILL screw over your tranny eventually.

If you wanna do FI id just suggest you get a manual conversion

I'm not going to do any fi, there may be a chance in the future but thats not what I'm looking for now. I just want to know opinions of the sri and suspension.

it being auto has nothing to do with turbo lag.
OMFG
the information being told these days on H-T

Its auto, Its not like its got a huge *** dragon decal on it.
People need to calm down. If he wants auto, then let em. its his car.

Your looking for a Intake. Whats your budget?
It all just depends, I think youd enjoy, I/h/e and some nice cams and valvetrain.
I had Skunk2 Stage2 cams, springs and retainers, but sold it all. so no experiance personally

let me say this about autos.... in general, Honda automatic transmissions have been know to be POS's. I wouldn't want to run very much increased power over stock on one of them.

I'm not trying to load up my engine with stuff. It's just going to be an intake for now and probably nothing more cus i'm not big into the racing. It's more for show and daily driving.

i have a auto too. i was wonderin the same thing when i first got it. if i were u i would aim more for general performance and not speed. jus make sure you have a quality car. and if your goin to do the exhaust get a full exhaust system and not jus a loud *** pipe with a resonator on the end. with my ride im focusing more on looks until i save up the money to get a manual 2dr GSR.

i agree. you're not gonna have as much fun with an auto. one day, youll wanna have a 5 speed. dont waste your money on an automatic cuz youre eventually gonna wanna switch over. and you can do a manual swap if you want, but thats gonna be time and $$$. just my $0.02

You'll spend 300-800 between the intake/exhaust probably,
and what will you gain from it?

3-8hp probably, it's not worth it unless you like wasting money.

Unless you wanna make the engine bay look "better",
don't even bother with any of that, and just work on suspension/audio.

Atleast then you'll have a good ride, and nice sounds to listen to,
because you def won't be making neck-snapping power off of an I/H/E setup.
