can someone please list all the components that make up our suspension (for a DA6). i plan on upgrading all my suspension cuz my car is 10 years old. thanks

 

i don't own a DA6, i own a DA9. and unless you imported your integra from japan, then you have a DA9.
what you'll want to upgrade is bushings, shocks/springs, change to a 22mm anti-roll bar, rear lower and upper tie-bars. and maybe a front upper tie bar. you'll be all set and with the larger anti-roll bar...you'll lose a lot of understeer.
i don't think you need to upgrade the control arms, they will last and are aluminum. my teg is 13 years old and the suspension is mostly stock except for a lower tie bar from g2ic member ben ogle. it handles fine and is still fun, but starting to get a little body roll now.
