Default help!!!

i painted my stock skirts today (thanks to shipsaeki for the DIY assist ) and somehow, the wind picked up and clear coat got on the side of my car. it's feeling really rough and it's buggin the crap out of me. i don't wanna try paint remover on the fact that it just MIGHT remove the paint but how else can i get the clear coat off the car without damaging or stripping the stock paint??
